We keep is really simple, all of our small dog collars come with two shipping options and free re-sizing:

• U.S. & Canada (FREE)
• International ($99)

FREE U.S. Shipping:

U.S. customers enjoy free USPS shipping across the United Stated mainland. Orders to the United States usually takes up to 7 days for delivery. Some pet collar orders being shipped to the U.S. can experience delays when clearing U.S. customs. Custom clearance delays rarely exceed 1-2 business days. All of our products are manufactured in Canada so U.S. customers will not have any duties on their dog collar orders. 

FREE Canada Shipping:

Canadian customers also enjoy free Canada Post shipping across every province and territory in Canada. LiL' Dog Chains manufactures all of its dog collars in Canada so delivery time ranges from 1-3 days. Orders in Canada do not require any customs clearance so there are no duties on each dog collar order. Provincial and Federal taxes for each dog collar order are collected during the checkout process.

International Shipping ($99.99):

All orders being delivered to an address outside of the United States or Canada requires our International shipping option of $99.99. LiL' Dog Chains will ship to every country around the globe. Delivery time for international orders can take up to 3 weeks and varies  depending on your orders final destination. Some pet collar orders being shipped internationally can experience delays when clearing the customs process when arriving in the country of the orders final destination. Custom clearance delays will vary depending on the orders final destination. Most orders rarely experience more that 2-3 days in customs delays. 

FREE Lifetime Re-Sizing:

Our re-sizing policy is simple. If your dog grows after you purchased your LiL' Dog Chains you can use our FREE lifetime re-sizing. All you have to do is ship your collar to our offices in Canada and our team will take care of the rest and ship it back to you free of charge.

Exchanges and Returns:

liL' Dog Chains maintains a no hassle 30 day exchange and return policy. You can exchange or return your dog collar, no questions asked, within 30 days of placing your order in our online pet jewelry store.
